RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your Busnel purchases. If that's not the case, we'll accept items for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order from the service point. Make sure your items are in the original condition and include all labels and original packaging. The return-shipping fee of 129 SEK/150 NOK/15 € will be deducted from the credit card of the returned merchandise. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase, within 5-10 working days from the date of the refund transaction.
How to make a return:
Register your return online here.
Once you have registered your return you will get an email with a code. Show the email with the code when you are dropping off your return package, at the DHL pick-up point within Sweden and UPS- pick up point for international orders. You do not have to print any return label yourself.
Please note that return label provided from Busnel must be used for all returns. If the return is made using any other service provider than provided by Busnel, you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Busnel. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for when returned without return label provided by Busnel.
EXCHANGES
It's FREE to exchange items for a different size or color. To exchange an item, simply return the product that you like to exchange and place a new order at Busnel.com. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you. Please note that we only offer free exchanges to a different size or color.

- Return label provided by Busnel must be used for all returns. If the return is made using any other service provider than provided by Busnel, you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Busnel. Did you pay with Klarna Invoice and want to return an item? We recommend you to fill in "return article" in the Klarna app, then your invoice will be paused for 3 weeks. Or call Klarna 08-120 120 10 and pause your invoice. When we have received your item(s) we will correct your payment.
PRODUCT CLAIMS
If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item (wrong color, size or product) from what you have ordered, please send an email to online@busnel.com as soon as possible. Please provide us with your order number, information about the issue and pictures or your item.
Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered as faulty.
