EXTENDED RETURN RIGHT
During 29th of November and 21st of December we offer extended return right until 13th of January.
To secure to get your order before the 24th of December, make sure to place your order latest by 16th of December.
SHIPPING POLICY
Busnel ship from Sweden to all countries within Europe. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days within Sweden and 3-7 working days for orders outside of Sweden, and will be delivered between Monday to Friday. We will pack and deliver your purchased items in the shortest time as possible. Packages that have not been collected within 14 days will be sent back to us, and you will be charged 129 SEK/150 NOK/15€ for the shipping fees. If you want to have your package sent again, we will charge you for the additional shipping cost. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Busnel are not taking in account eventual delays. During sale periods and around national holidays the delivery time might be a little longer due to high pressure on our warehouse.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed at Busnel.com are given in SEK (VAT included), NOK (VAT & toll not included) or EUR (VAT included). Outside the European Union, custom fees, other taxes and charges will be added by the shipping company and must be paid by the customer. For questions regarding VAT, contact your local Customs service office. If you order from Norway, visit Toll.no and read more. You will receive an invoice from the shipping company with calculated taxes and import fees after your parcel is delivered.
At Busnel.com it is possible to pay with Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We also accept payment by Swish and Klarna invoice. To view Klarnas payment terms please read more here. Payment must be fulfilled within 30 days otherwise a fee is added for the delay.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION
If your order includes a gift-with-purchase item, it must be returned along with your original order to qualify for a full refund. If the gifted item is not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. Please note that gift-with-purchase items are not eligible for exchange.
RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your Busnel purchases. If that's not the case, we'll accept items for return or exchange within 14 days.Just make sure your items are in the original condition and include all labels and original packaging. The return-shipping fee of 129 SEK/ 150 NOK / 15 € will be deducted from the credit card of the returned merchandise. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase, within 5-10 working days from the date of the refund transaction.
How to make a return:
Register your return online here.
Once you have registered your return you will get an email with a code. Show the email with the code when you are dropping off your return package, at the DHL pick-up point within Sweden and UPS- pick up point for international orders. You do not have to print any return label yourself.
Please note that return label provided from Busnel must be used for all returns. If the return is made using any other service provider than provided by Busnel, you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Busnel. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for when returned without return label provided by Busnel.
EXCHANGES
It's FREE to exchange items for a different size or color. To exchange an item, simply return the product that you like to exchange and place a new order at Busnel.com. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you. Please note that we only offer free exchanges to a different size or color.

- Return label provided from Busnel must be used for all returns. If the return is made using any other service provider than provided by Busnel, you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Busnel. Did you pay with Klarna Invoice and want to return an item? We recommend you to fill in "return article" in the Klarna app, then your invoice will be paused for 3 weeks. Or call Klarna 08-120 120 10 and pause your invoice. When we have received your item(s) we will correct your payment.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
All shipments sent from Busnel.com to you are insured. Goods damaged in transit are replaced free of charge by Busnel. If you notice damage to the package before opening it, please take photos and contact Busnel customer service - online@busnel.com
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We always recommend that delicate materials should be handled with care. Please follow the instructions for washing and handling on the washing label.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Remember to state your order number. Also clarify which items you are sending back, and why you wish to return them.
Regarding colors, we can’t guarantee that the colors on our website will look exactly the same in real life. Due to both different color settings at different computers, and changing lightning conditions during photoshoots.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, Busnel's obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Busnel can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Busnel. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.If this unlikely event happens, Busnel will do its very best to solve all issues in timely manner.
