It’s free shipping for all orders within Sweden. For international shipping we charge 150 SEK. For delivery outside the European Union, custom fees, other taxes and charges will be added by the shipping company and must be paid by the customer.

We pack and ship all orders from our warehouse outside of Stockholm, Sweden.

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days within Sweden and 3-7 business days for orders outside of Sweden, and will be delivered between Monday to Friday. We will pack and deliver your purchased items in the shortest time as possible!

During sale periods and around national holidays the delivery time might be a little longer due to high pressure on our warehouse.


If you have your tracking number but still cannot track it, send an email to our customer careonline@busnel.comwith your order number and we will look into this for you.  

In some cases it might be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size or color, depending on the status of your order. We are unable to add an item to an existing order, you then need to place a new order. If you need to change your order, send an email to online@busnel.com as soon as possible once the order is placed and we will do our best to help you.

Please contact the shipping company directly. We are unable to change the contact information once the order has been shipped.


  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order from the service point
  • Returns will only be accepted if your items are in the original condition and include all labels and original packaging
  • Please use the return label provided by Busnel. If your return is sent back to us without using the return label provided by Busnel, items lost in transit will not be compensated for
  • You have the same return rights for all items you order from us, including sale items

It's free of charge to exchange items for a different size or color. To exchange an item simply place a new order at Busnel.com. and return the item that you don't wish to keep. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you. Please note that we only offer exchanges free of charge to a different size or color.

Return shipping cost is 129 SEK and will be deducted from your refund. If you exchange to a different size or colour the return cost is FREE.

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item (wrong color, size or product) from what you have ordered, please send an email to online@busnel.com as soon as possible. Please provide us with your order number, information about the issue and pictures or your item.
Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered as faulty. 


In the hangtag of the garment we always include spare parts. If you need any additional spare parts you can place an order online for the button or spare part that you need. Here you can find all available spare parts.

When ordering spare parts separately we will send the order with regular mail. Therefore no tracking number will be available.

9mm = 14L
11mm = 18L
14mm = 22L

Then find the button you need here, where we have collected all available spare parts here.

That means that we no longer keep that button or label in stock and we are unable to replace it. You can find all available spare parts here.

If the item you want is out of stock we suggest you to use our "back in stock function" . Simply choose your preferred size and colour, press the "Notify me" button and enter your e-mail adress in the pop-up window. An automatic email will then be sent to you if your item is back in stock.

If you haven't received an email from us for your requested product it means that it has not been restocked.
