Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer free shipping on all orders above 3000 SEK/300 €/3000 NOK. If you don't exceed this order amount, your shipping rate will be displayed at the checkout.
Shipping costs:
Sweden: 129 SEK
Norway: 150 NOK
Rest of the world: 15 €
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Busnel are not taking in account eventual delays. During sale periods and around national holidays the delivery time might be a little longer due to high pressure on our warehouse. Your package will be delivered between Monday to Friday. We will pack and deliver your purchased items in the shortest time as possible.
Norway:
Prices are displayed in NOK (VAT and import duties included).
Busnel handles all costs related to the import of the goods to Norway.

Europe (EU):
Prices are displayed in EUR (VAT included).
Shipping within Europe | Free shipping for a limited time only | UPS 3-7 working days
Outside EU:
Prices are displayed in EUR (VAT not included).
Outside the European Union, customs fees, other taxes, and charges will be added by the shipping company and must be paid by the customer. For questions regarding VAT, contact your local Customs service office. After your parcel is delivered you will receive an invoice from the shipping company with calculated taxes and import fees.

SHIPPING POLICY
We are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. Please reach out to our customer care team if you wish to cancel your order, and we will do our best to help you out.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we have identified any pricing error for articles on your order.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Packages that have not been collected within 14 days will be sent back to us, and you will be charged 129 SEK / 150 NOK / 15 € for the shipping fees. If you want to have your package sent again, we will charge you for the additional shipping cost. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
