Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return period from the time you receive your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within this time frame.

When returning parts or all of your order, a handling fee of 129 SEK will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the costs of handling the return.

For a return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order from the service point
  • Returns will only be accepted if your items are in the original condition and include all labels and original packaging
  • Please use the return label provided by Busnel. If your return is sent back to us without using the return label provided by Busnel, items lost in transit will not be compensated for
  • You have the same return rights for all items you order from us, including sale items

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth return process. The refund will be issued as soon as the returned item has been received and processed at our warehouse and meet the return requirements. The refund will be issues to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. 1. Register Your Return

Use our digital return service to register your return. Enter your order number and the email you used when making the purchase. Select which item(s) you want to return and state the reason for the return. It is important to provide the correct phone number and email during registration to receive your digital return label.

2. Package Your Items

Carefully package the order item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. If you no longer have this packaging, please reach out to our customer service.

Please note that separate orders should not be returned in one package but must be sent separately. Combining different orders into one package will slow down the processing of your return.

3. Digital Return Label

The QR code sent to you via SMS and email from DHL now serves as your return label. You do not need to print anything and attach it to the package as this will be done at the drop-off point.

4. Drop Off the Package

When you drop off your return at the nearest DHL drop-off point, show the QR code you received via SMS and email from DHL, and the staff will handle printing and attaching a shipping label to the package.

Send an email to with your order number. We will send you the return label together with the proforma document that you need for the customs.
Contact UPS to book a pickup or leave it to the nearest service point. Don’t forget to leave the proforma document together with the package. Save the tracking change to another size or color.
